If you do not already have a Plasma or Waterjet cutting system and could possibly use the services of an outside job shop, we specialize in fast turn-around plasma cutting up to 1" thick in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum and Waterjet cutting of virtually any material up to 8” thick Including exotic metals or hardened materials. Our Plasma table can handle a 5'x10' sheet while our Waterjet table can handle a 4’-7”x8’-4” sheet, and our nesting capabilities ensure efficient material usage. We can even provide design services for Fabrication shops, Architectural elements, and Steel detailing services for structural steel fabricators.

With accuracies of +/- 0.03125” for our Plasma table & +/- 0.003” for our Waterjet system we can provide quality cutting for almost all industry requirements. Our Waterjet system produces parts with no edge taper (kerf) or burr and does not create any heat affected zones (HAZ) or material warpage. Secondary processes are usually not required due to the high quality of finish.

We also provide mechanical and structural design services and 3d modeling/rendering for all types of industries.
